There is always uncertainty in starting a new role, in a new industry, we get it. In fact, we have been there done that ourselves, More importantly, we have helped many of our new joiners transit and successfully settle into their new career over the last 20 years. Having the experience on the areas to look out for, on their behalf, guiding and supporting them along the way, is what we do best, as a team.

To help each new FP get started, Alliance has put in a lot over most agencies via specialized teams:

Alliance Sales & Marketing (S&M)
This team creates business opportunities and leads for you to dip your toes in to start. We also assign a buddy for you for your first few client meetings to make sure you are well backed up where you can learn at the same time.

Alliance Centre of Excellence (ACE)
This group of experts's objective is to advance the advisor's knowledge & competency. They constantly scout the most relevant knowledge and courses for our team to upgrade themselves, whether it is the latest financial regulations or intricate soft skills to support their career better.

Getting Supported

Alliance Recruitment Support Department (RSD)
This team helps to hunt the right talents for our managers to build their team and scale their impact.

Alliance Business Support (ABS)
This team helps to provide the best administrative support to our FPs so that our FPs focus on doing the best for clients - planning.
